Meet Paul
I grew up on Charleston’s West Side, graduated from Stonewall Jackson, and was a member of the high school’s Championship Football team. After graduation, I had the privilege of playing football under head coach Bobby Bowden at WVU.
I started my career with 13 years at the West Virginia Division of Highways and later spent more than 30 years working as a union electrician, a path I’m proud of and one that made me a longtime IBEW member.
Serving on Charleston City Council gave me the chance to stand up for the people and neighborhoods that shaped who I am.
Through the years, I’ve stayed active in both my union and my community. Whether it’s supporting local schools, helping out at churches, or just lending a hand to someone who needs it.
I believe Kanawha County’s best days are still ahead of us, and I’m committed to doing my part to help build stronger, more united communities for the next generation.
I'd be honored to earn your vote
